16:45 – 17:00: Optreden WållFⵢsh
Absurdistische comedy in de vorm van theater. “We snijden maatschappelijke onderwerpen aan zonder een standpunt in te nemen. Dit doen wij op een humoristische manier om het publiek te laten lachen, maar tegelijk te choqueren met hoe bizar deze wereld eigenlijk in elkaar zit.
Ons doel is om jou “in de war en in paniek” te brengen, zodat je daarna de wereld opnieuw kan verkennen. In deze verdeelde wereld willen wij mensen samenbrengen door ze te verwarren.”

17:45 – 17:55: XH
A sculpture made through the context of Flevoland region, the largest land reclamation project worldwide. Imagine new spatial relations between people and animals in an anthropogenic territory: there’s a lurking creature found in an e-waste dump site. Land reclamation intruded into a body of water, to gain more territories and for human development.
Reclamation is deemed as one of the ultimate acts to control nature. In the process of conquering nature, we leave damage behind. The circuit boards are the result of accumulation of knowledge, development, and rearranging resources. As mankind creates cities on the land they manipulate, linked by a network of high-speed roads, the waste they produce begins to dominate the land. All kinds of plastic waste and electronic waste are exported and imported by countries, travel around the world and slowly accumulate, forming new lands and new wilderness. The accumulation of technological advancement means that we have to be in a symbiotic relationship with the new wilderness. On top of this new land, new myths emerge, the creature of a new life form emerging from the new wilderness, created by cumulative human interference and manipulation.
